I’ve been afraid to post this for a few weeks. Why? Not totally sure. I’m happy with the results. I think it’s the vulnerability of posting a picture of your belly online. Yeah, that’s it.
My goal was to get to 185lbs in 30 days, I started at 200.6lbs. I ended up at 183.1. A loss of 17.5lbs.

How I Did It
I made it through this 30 days by:
