MMABuzz Calendar

Well, the wait is finally over. The MMABuzz Calendar will be releasing this weekend. The girls at DEW Events did an awesom job putting it together. Hit me up if you’re interested in getting one.

MMA Training with Gabe Charbuneu

Here is a video from a recent training I went to with Pacific Warrior’s head trainer Gabe Charbuneu. Gabe taught us some basic striking techniques as well as shampooing the hair, peekaboos, 52 blocks, turtle, and the Philly Shell.

Finding a Good Domain Name

I own quite a few domain names. They are after all ‘virtual real estate. I have a few tools I use when coming up with a domain name.

Here are a couple:

• whois.net - then go to deleted domains. These were all good ideas at one time or another
• makewords.com - type in a word and it will give you a list of available domains

I buy most of my domains through 1and1.com. They are a little slow with response time, but really cheap (currently $6.99 and it includes private registreation.)
